Recent factory closures in Florida has affected the availability of replacement parts for some of the below manufacturers.
The Izzi factory is attempting to inventory many of these parts while they may still be available. We know that many of you will have the same components, and we have already developed a partial list
If any of the whirlpool companies below have supplied your facilities in the past 20 years, you should join the other property managers and owners in expanding the parts list, so we can stock these parts while they may still be available.
We also have many of the same acrylic bath and whirlpool molds that can be used for renovation and prevent the costly replacement of tub decks and surrounds. We can also replicate an existing design in our mold department when necessary.

What can you do to protect your investment? First, find out if you or your clients have products from these companies and the approximate year they were purchased. It is unlikely you will have the model numbers but in many cases, the year and a photograph is all we will need. We are building a data base of the parts and purchasing the stock that is commonly out in many of the resorts. Service pricing and policies
Izzipublished service rates are as follows.
The first hour of our service rate covers our preparation and travel time. Every hour after that is at the standard service rate. The minimum service charge is one hour and any additional time will be calculated in 15 minute intervals. If your service requires an additional visit, you will only be charged for on the job time as long as this is required for the same spa problems. Whirlpool service can involve a lot of problem solving and part ordering and locating in order to solve your problems. We do not charge for this office time, but it is reflected in our hourly rate. The Clermont Florida address is used to determine the travel distance and rate. We encourage you to use Google maps to determine your first hour rate.
Service warranty
Izziwarranties our work for 90 days from the completion of your service. The parts are warranted by the manufactures and if we supplied the parts we will handle the return and replacement.After 90 days, the standard labor rates will apply. Heating elements and cartridge filters are not warranted by any manufacture due to the susceptibility to the water conditions.
